94-97	94-96		O believers! Do not kill game when you are in a state of Ihram. And whoever kills it intentionally, then penalty (compensation) will become obligatory upon him, which will be equal to the animal that he has killed; this decision should be made by two just (trustworthy) persons among you. (He should perform the sacrifice) the sacrifice should be brought to the K‘abah, or he should make the expiation by feeding the needy or should fast its equivalent, so that he savours the (taste of the) punishment of his deed. Allah has forgiven what has happened in the past. And whoever repeats (this act), Allah will effect retribution (reprisal) upon him; and Allah is Dominant, Able to requite.	اے ایمان والو! جب تم احرام کی حالت میں ہو تو شکار مت مارو اور تم میں سے جس نے اسے جان بوجھ کر مار ڈالا تو اس پر پاداش (بدلہ )واجب ہوگی جو کہ اس جانور کے برابر ہوگی جس کو اس نے مار ڈالا اس کا فیصلہ تم میں سے دو صاحب عدل (معتبر)شخص کردیں۔ (قربانی کرے)وہ قربانی کعبہ تک پہنچائی جائے یا مسکینوں کو کھانا کھلا کر کفارہ دے یا اس کے برابر روزے رکھے تاکہ اپنے کیے کی سزا (کا مزہ)چکھے جو پہلے ہوچکا وہ اللہ نے معاف فرما دیا اور جو کوئی پھر (ایسی حرکت)کرے گا تو اللہ اس سے بدلہ (انتقام)لیں گے اور اللہ غالب ہیں انتقام لینے والے ہیں۔	يٰٓاَيُّھَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تَقْتُلُوا الصَّيْدَ وَاَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَنْ قَتَلَہٗ مِنْكُمْ مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَــزَاۗءٌ مِّثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ يَحْكُمُ بِہٖ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنْكُمْ ہَدْيًۢا بٰلِــغَ الْكَعْبَۃِ اَوْ كَفَّارَۃٌ طَعَامُ مَسٰكِيْنَ اَوْ عَدْلُ ذٰلِكَ صِيَامًا لِّيَذُوْقَ وَبَالَ اَمْرِہٖ عَفَا اللہُ عَمَّا سَلَفَ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَيَنْتَقِمُ اللہُ مِنْہُ وَاللہُ عَزِيْزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ	پارہ  وَإِذَا سَمِعُوا - 7 سورۃ  الْمَآئِدَة - 5 آیت نمبر- 95
